Daily yoga challenge is a very comprehensive digital course designed to practice yoga daily. It is self paced and self explanatory, designed for easy understanding even for a new yoga practitioner. It is planned for 5 days a week so that the practitioner gives themselves two days break as a recovery time for the body. Besides practicing Daily Yoga challenge it is recommended to go for walks at least 30 to 45 minutes every day or at least thrice a week. You may also engage in any other physical activity such as swimming, dancing, jogging, cycling or aerobics according to your choice. Practice it sincerely with determination for minimum of three months to see amazing results in your body and mind.
